When You Can Return an Item
If you change your mind, you can return your item provided that it is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
Please note, if the product has been damaged in any way, it will not be accepted for return.
For a change of mind, you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to lodge a return. Once approved, you can choose to exchange the product or receive a store credit.
To be eligible, please ensure:

Items are unused and in resalable condition

Items are in the original packaging with all tags attached (where applicable)

Items are adequately packaged for transit

Please note: All bath-time accessories (including towels, toys, washcloths, or any accessory items) are non-refundable.
Only our main products (such as the Bleue Bébé Sink Bather) are eligible for return.
How to Return an Item

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

You received the wrong item
This allows us to quickly assess the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Refunds are issued on a discretionary basis.
