Refund policy
When you can return an Item
If you change your mind, you can return your item provided that the product is unused and unworn with the original packaging attached in a resalable condition. If the item has been damaged in any way the product will not be accepted upon return.
For a change of mind return, you have within 30 days of receiving your order to lodge a return. You will be provided with the option to exchange the product or receive a store credit.
We cannot accept returns if the following packaging requirements have not been satisfied:
- Items are unworn/unused and in resalable condition;
- In the original packaging with tags where applicable;
- Adequately packaged for transit; and
- Contact us at hello@bleuebebe.com before sending the return.
How to Return an Item
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@bleuebebe.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All return costs are to be covered by you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Sale Items
The change of mind policy will not apply to products that are on sale or have been marked down from their original price.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds are only issued on a discretionary basis.
