At Bleue Bebe.Co, we are committed to providing an enjoyable shopping experience. Our return policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind, and we encourage you to reach out to our dedicated customer service team with any questions or concerns you may have.

14-Day Return Policy:
We offer a generous 14-day return policy, allowing you ample time to return your purchase. This allows you to request a return, replacement, or refund within 14 days from the date you receive your eligible* item. 

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it.*
  • It must be unused.
  • All parts included.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

    *You may be asked to provide a photo to confirm the product's original condition.
    If the item has been used and you still wish to return, there will be a $30 restocking fee deducted from the refund.
    We do not offer returns for change of mind - incorrect sizing or incorrect color choice returns will be provided store credit. 

Starting a Return:
If you wish to initiate a return, please get in touch with us at Hello@bleuebebe.com. Our friendly customer service team is here to assist you through the return process. Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted, so please ensure you contact us first. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours* of placing it. Orders canceled within this timeframe will not incur any additional restocking fees. However, canceling an order after 24 hours may result in a restocking fee of $30 being deducted from the refund. 

*Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that sale items are not subject to return or refunds unless they arrive damaged. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

Accessories for the Bleue Bébé Sink Bather are non-refundable
We provide one color option at this time, we do not refund items due to color choice availability.

Discounts cannot be stacked or applied post-purchase, a voucher offer will be given for next purchase.

* Free/ Giveaway Items
Customers are entitled to one free item per order on promotions marked free item. This is subject to while stock lasts. Promotions are subject to change.  If your purchase included a free promotional item, all items, including the free promotional item, must be returned for a full refund. If only part of the order is returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Not subject to individual return for refund/replacement. 
  • Subject to one per order unless otherwise specified 
  • While stock lasts

*European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
If you are within the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can cancel or return your order for any reason, without justifying. Your item should meet the same eligibility criteria as mentioned above. 

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method. There is a $30 restocking fee for all used returned items.

Please be aware, we do not have control of bank processing times. Should more than 10 business days pass since your return or refund was approved, please get in touch with us at Hello@bleuebebe.com for further assistance.

- We charge a restocking fee on all used and returned items.
- We do not price match or refund based on competitor pricing.
- Shipping fees and package protection fees are non-refundable. 

Damages and Issues:
We highly recommend inspecting your order upon receipt. In the rare event that your item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us first. We will evaluate the issue promptly and make it right for you. Any claims of damage without evidence of defect will not be issued a refund or replacement until verified. 

Address and Delivery Issues:
If you have placed an order and the address is incorrect, please contact us at Hello@bleuebebe.com with your order number and the correct address. If the item has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address, the customer must contact the relevant courier to organize a change of address directly.

We understand items may go missing or are stolen post-delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure a safe and secure drop off location. If an item has been marked as delivered and the item is missing or stolen, Bleue Bebe holds no obligation to replace or refund the item.
